怎么样？国际注册会计师（ACCA）符合什么条件可以免试？

1.什么是ACCA?

ACCA在国内称为"国际注册会计师"，实际上是特许公认会计师公会(The Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants)的缩写，它是英国具有特许头衔的4家注册会计师协会之一，也是当今最知名的国际性会计师组织之一。ACCA资格被认为是"国际财会界的通行证"。许多国家立法许可ACCA会员从事审计、投资顾问和破产执行工作。ACCA在欧洲会计专家协会(FEE)、亚太会计师联合会(CAPA)和加勒比特许会计师协会(ICAC)等会计组织中起着非常重要的作用。

ACCA考试是按现代企业财务人员需要具备的技能和技术的要求而设计的，共有14门课程，两门选修课，课程分为3个部分：

第一部分涉及基本会计原理;

第二部分涵盖专业财会人员应具备的核心专业技能；

第三部分培养学员以专业知识对信息进行评估，并提出合理的经营建议和忠告。

   2.就业前景？

作为ACCA持证资格有可以在在国际国内大型企业管理、财务管理、战略、分析、风险控制;国际国内大型银行、投资银行、金融服务、专业咨询公司;国际四大会计事务所为代表专业会计事务所,有近40%在企业中担当CFO或者CEO岗位;33%担任高级经理以上岗位，平均年薪高达50万以上！尤其是全球BIG4 ,在四大,经理级往上 ACCA就是一道槛!

  ACCA大中华总监叶慧琍表示，中国大陆有1400家境内外上市公司、数十万国有企业、近50万家外资企业、300多万家民营企业，越来越多的公司急需专业规范的审计、会计人才，因此全球四大会计师事务所在中国的人才缺口过千非常正常。各大会计师事务所都掀起了涨薪风潮，刚刚获得ACCA资格证书的事务所员工薪资涨幅达40%—50%。

  中国中化集团公司财务综合部总经理黄文波介绍, 应聘者获得的证书的含金量，在通过简历筛选时很重要，如果拥有ACCA证书的话，肯定会优先考虑。

  老师建议大家不要光听别人如何评价ACCA考试,大家可以自己去招聘网上搜索看一看,大部分财务高薪职位会标出: “资质需持有CPA证书，ACCA更佳” 更有大部分外企高位,条件明确指出:”需拥有ACCA职称”
