Transcript: Transcripts must be in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution and sent to: McMaster University,Department of Mechanical,Engineering,Graduate Program Administrator,1280 Main St. West,JHE-310,Hamilton, ON,Canada L8S 4L7 Recommendation Letter: Electronic references: Two confidential reports on Application for Admission must be received from instructors most familiar with your academic work. Our graduate program utilizes an electronic reference ("e-ref") system. In the online application system, applicants are asked to provide an email address for each referee. (Please note, that we are unable to accept e-mails from Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, MSN or other free e-mail accounts for referees.) As soon as you submit your online application, an email will be sent to your respondents. This email will inform your respondents how to complete the online letter of recommendation. A unique link will be emailed to each referee, allowing them to log in to a secure site and submit an online reference. To avoid the email being forwarded to the junk mail folder, please add sgsonl@mcmaster.ca to your address book. Referees will be given a due date of approximately 14 days to complete the form.
