项目旨在引导学生掌握健康饮食的风向趋势、误区和事实。项目内容涵盖营养学知识,食品添加剂、防腐剂,食物替代品,“超级食物”,当前膳食趋势。学生将通过项目更好地平衡膳食与生活,在项目结束时,围绕健康膳食、替代食品、饮食新趋势等主题,提交个性化研究课题的项目报告,进行成果展示。

This program is designed to educate students on trends, myths, and facts about eating healthy. Students will learn how to breakdown nutrition labels, understand preservatives and additives, and be will informed about current food trends and diets. The benefits of “super foods” will also be covered. The final project will allow students to research trendy topics that include, diets, alternative foods, and popular trends. After the course, students will have the background to fully understand how to eat for a healthy lifestyle.
