The decisions you make every day will shape your life. In an organization, the decisions you make will impact outcomes for you, your team, and cumulatively affect the trajectory of your career. This module aims to help you navigate the pathways of decision making and negotiation in organizations ethically and effectively. We will adopt an evidence-based approach, tapping several streams of research ? including behavioural psychology and economics ? to give a rigorous account of what separates good decisions from the rest. These conceptual tools will empower you to make good decisions in an uncertain world, to influence, and to lead.
项目内容包括科学思维导论与伦理学基础，道德脱离与道德决策、道德说服，决策偏差，谈判艺术与群体决策，跨文化谈判与决策等。学生将通过项目熟悉组织内部个体、群体决策与谈判，了解认知偏差、情绪与社会动力对决策过程和结果的影响，提出领导者做出与执行决策的可行方向，在项目结束时，提交项目报告，进行成果展示。
