项目介绍：
项目将讨论与研究质量改进和循证实践等科研方法如何应用于改善医疗结果，关注常见慢性疾病如心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、癌症和传染病的最新统计数据，讨论可修改的和不可修改的风险因素，以及对疾病风险和进展的生物和非生物影响，循证的世界卫生组织等组织的临床实践指南和建议，卫生保健专业人员在培养急慢性疾病患者的积极健康结果方面的作用。学生将学习基本的不同的医疗研究方法、模型和框架，以用于完成不同类型的科学探究。学生将讨论用于比较研究的基本统计方法。在本项目中，学生将自选个性化参考课题，运用项目方法进行研究，完成项目报告，在项目结束时完成项目报告，进行成果展示。

The project will discuss and study how scientific research methods such as quality improvement and evidence-based practice can be applied to improve medical results, the latest statistics of common chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, cancer and infectious diseases, and discuss about the modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors, as well as the biological and non-biological effects on disease risk and progression, evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and recommendations from organizations such as the World Health Organization, and the role of health care professionals in cultivating positive health outcomes for patients with acute and chronic diseases. Students will learn different medical research methods, models and frameworks for completing different types of scientific inquiry. In this project, students will choose their own personalized reference topics, use the project method to conduct research, complete the project report, complete the project report at the end of this project, and display their results.
